Easy service, no pressure
Amazing from start to finish. Soon as we arrived we was welcomed with a drink, was given the keys for the car we wanted to view and was told to go look around the car and as soon as we wanted to test drive it we can. Jordan gave us the keys and walked back to the office no pressure on the sale and let us have time to look. Any questions we had he was more than happy to answer after the test drive. Very easy and stress free

Hi everyone , wanted to say a big Thank you !! to Jordan and Colin for their professional attitude and services. I was concerned at the beginning when I had to buy my beloved BMW because of my past experience, but Jordan was patient and calm. He gave me the chance to take my time to look better on car , test drive it. In the end it took me long time to make the decision whether to buy it or not, because honestly I was over concerned and fussy and by the way excited too ( mixed feelings)!! - all due to my previous experiences buying a car ! Bought a used car from them having travelled 70 mls to view it ,Was very impressed by cleanliness and professionalism of the premises and thought the price I paid was fair. The car was presented beautifully . On collection the guys put on a cab from the station for me and the car was ready for me to drive home. All very good. Within the first week , an engine warning light came on and I thought ,they've had my money and would be no help. How wrong I was ! Colin was as customer focused as it is possible to be , they sorted every thing out to my satisfaction and very quickly . I really felt I was dealing with an honest ,reliable and professional outfit and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience, I phoned on a Wednesday after seeing a Kia Sportage on their website, after a couple of days of searching through Autotrader for one with a full service history. Jordan was really helpful answering all my questions and explaining the process and reserving the car for me. I went to view the car on the Friday where Colin was brilliant and let me just have the keys to it, absolutely no pressure. He then filled in the paperwork despite me not getting there until the last hour of the day and I was able to pick the car up on the Sunday. Lovely car, almost pristine and no issues at all. So thankful I found them after a questionable experience with my last car at another garage. The showroom is filled with really lovely cars - it’s clear that they take pride in what they do and the cars they sell. I’ll definitely be back when the time comes to buy another car. Thank you!
